    I was having trouble getting to a deep sleep as my mind wouldn’t shut down. I averaged a few hrs of sleep, waking up tired. After a weeks use @5 ml, I get a solid 5-6 hrs. Best of all I don’t have that hazy feeling like I did with over the counter sleep aides.
